We ship from Corona, CALIFORNIA. Customers pay only one shipping charge regardless of how many items are ordered. We ship within 24 hours of receiving an order. Generally Our products are delivered from 3 to 9 days by USPS. We ship at this point entirely via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping: Time Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours. Do not count the day the order was shipped and holidays. We use United States Post Services First Class mail.

"1. We do accept returns on defected merchandise. if an item must be returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly process the return with no restocking fees. Otherwise please email us about your desire to return. 2 Body Jewelry is not responsible for replacement of jewelry damaged by misuse, improper care, or for jewelry ordered in the wrong size, style or material for your piercing. We do not replace jewelry stripped or cracked by over-tightening or toe rings that have been damaged from adjustment . Damaged Acrylic balls from alcohol cleaning will not be replaced. 3. When returning a piece of jewelry, you will receive a refund on whatever payment method you used for the original purchase. 4. Goods will be credited if returned within 10 days from the date of order is received. 5. Please return the items in original package with a copy of receipt/invoice. 5. No. You only pay one shipping fee . There is no additional shipping fee for multiple items purchased if paid in one payment. Shipping and Handling for USA customer is $3.35 regardless of how many items you order.
